Where it's all about YOU! It's called Personal Training because it is just that- personal. Work one-on-one with your tranier to achieve your personal health and fitness goals. With a set location and time there is no getting out of the exercise that needs to be done by you! Your trainer will keep you accountable to every 1hr appointment. Guiding you safely through each exercise, correcting your technique and ensuring you are working to the intensity required, all eyes are on you. Specific to you and your goals, your session will include a combination of exercises to lose fat and increase strength and muscle tone.

The team can work with you to fit around your other appointments eg work travel, home/family life, meetings, holidays. You don't need to get bored of the same location as your trainer can be flexible with locations often mixing it up for clients.

TRAIN WITH FRIENDS/COLLEAGUES      

Working out is more fun when you share your training with friends.

Your trainer can come to you or your workplace to train a group of you. These sessions are tailored to meet your groups level whether you are colleagues needing to burn off the days stresses, mothers who want to involve the kids or a social group who wants to master some boxing skills!

5 WEEK ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM       200

Start with meeting over a coffee where you will share how you have got to where you are and where you would like to be! Here you will discuss any health concerns, injuries, lifestyle, diet and time management. Considering all this, your trainer will work with you to plan out a 5 week program toward a 5 week goal. This individual program will outline the ideal food and exercise plan to ensure that 5 week goal is met in conjunction with your circumstances. Your trainer will then give you a phone call each week to check in with you, holding you accountable to your 5 week goal and more importanly your weekly goals. This way, changes can be made along the way if need be and your trainer can track your progress with you. The perfect tailored program for you!
